More issues with spay/neuter study and information

The author of this report on the spay/neuter paper brings up many of the same issues I see with the paper and the survey on which  the paper is based.

We are still just stabbing in the dark on these issues and need to have more applied science based information before we will be able to weigh the spay/neuter risk reality.
