JuJuB dives swims and catches

JuJuB (2012 litter, almost 1 year old) is not only a great swimmer, she is great diver too!  Do we have a dock diver in this litter?

JuJuB loves to dive for her ball and then carry it with her as she shakes off the water.  Here her owners caught her just in mid shake!

JuJuB, as a young dog, should not be jumping for a frisbee so she has perfected the one foot still on the ground system of frisbee.. almost human her owners call her!

Ch. Blackbullet's Waltzing Matilda

Sydney, Ch. Blackbullet's Waltzing Matilda, NAVHDA NA finished 2012 as the number 6 Vizsla in Canada, CKC approved shows, all points system. This was accomplished with being in the ring only 7 times in the year, owner handled always and always from the classes.... the bred by exhibitor class.   Although this was not a goal, it is nice. She follows in her mother's footsteps,   who was number 1 female Vizsla and number 5 overall, CKC all points,  in 2005.  Both of these girls are our home bred girls.

Sydney attained this position, as did her mother, while earning her championship status. She won 7 of her championship points with group placements at large shows  including a puppy group and group 4th as a puppy.

Thank you Sylvia Dorosh for breeding   her sire, Blaze and for letting us use him in our breeding program.

Thank you Sydney for being such a loving, smart, independent thinking dog. You keep me on my toes and keep me humble.

Hailee and her bear

 Our Vs seem to really enjoy big stuffed toys, right from the time they are a few weeks old. This huge teddy arrived at Hailee's house for Christmas but Hailee's owners report she is not too sure what to do with it.

Perhaps she will learn how to cuddle up on its lap. Most vizslas will take any lap offered, or even if not offered so perhaps a stuffed  toy's lap is ideal once she gets use to it.

It is a lovely bear - I wouldn't mind having one of my own.

Jasmine (2007) comes to visit

Bentley's visit

Bentley, bred by Sylvia Dorosh of Varazs Vizslas came to visit us for Christmas holidays.  At about 18 months of age, he is such a loving and funny pup, we have a great time with him. Our Sydney and Jewel may have ruled the house the first few days he was here but he guickly learned how to get some of the best spots for hugging and the best toys for chewing and carrying. We loved having him with us.

Sophie - 2010 litter

 Sophie is a very special 2012 gift for her family. In July  her first placement family had to move to another country where they would not be able to provide a good home for her.  On our applicant list was an experienced Vizsla family who were thrilled to offer her a new home with them.

Sophie had grown up with 2 children so we were very happy the applicant also had children.  The move of course was hard on Sophie but her new family has tried hard to make her feel at home and report they are thrilled with how she has become a family member with them.

December 15 th she celebrate her second birthday and already her family has taken her for her  OFA hip and elbow xrays.  They are the first family to do so and we look forward to reporting her scorings when  they are done.
