A lot of things have happened over the last month or so. The most crushing and difficult has been the sudden loss of our wonderful Vizsla Remmie.
Remmie was Am/Can Ch. Legacy's Leaps and Bounds. He was born in Pennsylvania and came to us at 3 years of age. He had had a very hard first 3 years after he left his wonderful breeder and it took him a long time to relax and show us what a wonderful dog he was. He loved every dog he met and had an innate ability to 'read' other dogs. He loved the puppies in each litter, showing them toys, running with them once they were big enough. His kisses were so sweet and his desire to touch and be touched once he gained confidence with us was so warming.
Remmie left us very suddenly on Dec 17. We believe he had blood vessel failure in his brain and thorax.
Remmie was sire to two litters, one born in 2004 and one in 2005. He was grand sire to 4 litters, one an outside breeding, to date.
I miss him every day, terribly. He was 11 years old.

I am extremely sad to hear of the loss of Remmie especially around this time of year. Our bunny, Ally, passed away on Dec. 21 at the age of 9 years, and I share your sorrow. Take care. Pat Segstro
Thank you. I love bunnies too and am so sorry you have lost your dear Ally! These animals fill our lives with love and leave such an empty place when they are taken.

Remmie was a very lucky dog to have been welcomed into your hearts. I was fortunate to meet him in his journey from the US to your place. May he rest in peace and may your memories of him be a source of happiness in this otherwise sad time.
