We are so happy for my daughter and her boyfriend. As she announced when she called...we have closed!!

They are now landlords for the next year ( the previous owner needs some time before she moves) and then they will be able to enlarge their condo apartment by joining the two side by side condos units together.

It will be a very big project but they will be able to live well  in their beautiful current place while a lot of the work is being done before any adjoining walls come down or entrances are punched through the living spaces to join the two areas. This will not only increase their living space of course, ( well over doubling it)  but it will mean they will then have a view that sweeps from the north to the east towards Central Park. They will also have sunshine access from those two directions also, something that is not always available in high rise living in a huge city.

It is a very exciting time and wonderful Christmas present to begin this next journey for them.
