Articles from other cultures and places are always very interesting and special to us. I also love cats and teapots so imagine how wonderful it was to open a gift and find this Romero Britto ( from Recife Brazil) cat teapot! It is something I would admire and love but would never buy for myself. I don't think it will ever hold tea but it will have a place of great esteem in our home and in my heart.
This lovely doll crafted by local boat vendors in Aruba is also very dear as it is unique and depicts traditonal local dress, art forms and colours. I love it as it brings the latin culture of its area into our home and lives. It willl be a cherised memory piece for sure. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness - it means more than I can express.
I think she is just beautiful.
