Pups on day 25

The group sleeps in holding area at 25 days old. They have been  hugged, weighed, nails cut and are ready for their clean bed for the night. They are able to settle in this area without Kati's comfort and support.
  Kati nurses them every two - three hours and gets to eat and exercise at midnight and  3AM and they start their day again  at 7AM   with more food  and time out for Kati and weigh in,  hugs and bed clean for pups. They are spending more time playing and coming to investigate us. They are very vocal at times - sometimes in the middle of the night of course. It is time to move them from our  master bedroom to the whelping room off the kitchen so although I will be able  hear them and will continue with the night time schedule with Kati and the pups for  while, I will get a little more sleep. This move will also give them more space and more interaction with the noises, smells and activities of the household and outdoors.
